Tom Millane

Tom, a graduate of UCD and Reading University, began his career as a Tropical Agriculturalist in Kenya. He has extensive experience in Tanzania, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Sudan, Uganda, USA, Mexico, Ecuador, Serbia, and Kosovo.  After many years as an NGO employee, a sustainable development researcher in American Universities, and an international development consultant, he became interested in the people working within organisations, their languages, and workplace cultures.

Tom speaks several languages including Spanish, Arabic  and Ki-Swahili.  He studied organisational psychology at the University of Limerick and is a Chartered Organisational Psychologist with Psychological Society of Ireland. He is certified in Psychological First Aid, Mediation, Conflict Resolution, Train the Trainer and Psychometric Testing (Levels A & B, British Psychological Society). Tom trades as Mandeleo and is the Founder and Secretary of Psychology at Work CLG.
