Tom Millane

Tom, a graduate of UCD and Reading University, began his career as a Tropical Agriculturalist in Kenya. He has extensive experience in Tanzania, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Sudan, Uganda, USA, Mexico, Ecuador, Serbia, and Kosovo.  After many years as an NGO employee, a sustainable development researcher in American Universities, and an international development consultant, he became interested in people, their languages, and workplace cultures.

Tom speaks several languages including Spanish, Arabic  and Ki-Swahili.  He studied organisational psychology at the University of Limerick and is a Chartered Organisational Psychologist with Psychological Society of Ireland. He is certified in Psychological First Aid, Mediation, Conflict Resolution, Train the Trainer and Psychometric Testing (Levels A & B, British Psychological Society). Tom trades as Mandeleo and is the Founder and Secretary of Psychology at Work CLG.
